Serving the dish

There are two main ways I serve this dish:

  1. Arugula salad dressed with balsamic and a little olive oil with checca (diced roma or cherry tomatoes mixed with minced garlic and olive oil) on the side, or

  2. Angel hair pasta with a lemon/butter/caper sauce (2 tablespoons melted butter, juice from 1 lemon, and 2 teaspoons capers).

I often serve this with plain or buttered pasta. I also serve barbecue sauce and/or sweet and sour sauce (whatever your favorite brand will work), which make great dipping sauces.
